Participation – that is the one thing every business needs to be successful. In short, you need participation from your employees to offer the best buying experience to your customers along with getting the customers to participate and purchase your vehicles. This means as a dealer we have to be better than our competition in gaining their trust so they become YOUR customer instead of theirs.
CIADA operates the same way. We want to earn your business. For us that means greeting you with a smile when you stop by the office or attend one of our classes. We are going to make you feel like you belong here because this IS your association. The next thing we will do is offer you a cup of coffee, a bottle of water or maybe some candy, so you feel welcome and are not obligated to give us your business. In other words, you are our customers whose participation is critical to the success of CIADA as we continue to be recognized as the premier state association in the country.
