Debbie has been in the auto industry for 26 years, the last 16 years with the CIADA, and is the bonding agent for the Association. Over the years, changes in the industry have been ongoing, but the last few years have been the most dramatic and challenging, making it a priority for dealers to be able to get the most current information on bonding, forms and regulations.
