When you see the CIADA logo in the window of a used car dealer you can expect
the following:
- We will employ truth and accuracy in advertising and selling.
- We will stand by any guarantees given with the sale of a car.
- We will furnish every purchaser with proper documents allowing transfer
of ownership from the dealer to the purchaser.
- We will guarantee the title of every car sold by the dealership.
- We will not sell former taxicabs or police cars without notifying the purchaser
in advance.
- We will comply with National, State and Local government rules and regulations
governing used car sales.
- We will expose or halt, wherever found, any scheme designed to deceive or
defraud the used car buying public and will aid in prosecuting those guilty
of such acts.
